Assoc. Prof. Dr. Handan Akyiğit is an academician with international publications in the field of sociology in Türkiye. Dr. Akyiğit worked as an editor in a number of academic journals between 2015-2018. As of 2018, she started her publishing life as a publisher of the Universal Journal of History and Culture (UJHC) and publishes this journal as a "Individual Publisher". Also, Dr. Akyiğit has also attended a number of trainings on publishing.
